It is likely to move west–northwestwards towards Sri Lanka and further intensify over Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Equatorial Indian Ocean during next 24 hours. Weather is generally fair over the North Bay of Bengal, a few cloud over the Central Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

The water levels of Ayeyarwady river are forecast to fall  about (1 - 2) feet at Myitkyina, Bhamo, Shwegu , Katha,  Thabeikyin, Mandalay and Sagaing, about (2 - 3½) feet at Myinmu, Pakokku, Nyaung Oo, Chauk, Minbu, Magway, Aunglan, Pyay, Seiktha, Hinthada and Zalun during the First (10) days of November.

            The water levels of Chindwin river are forecast to fall about (1 - 2) feet at Hkamti, Homalin, Phaungpyin, Mawlaik, Kalewa, Mingin, Kani and Monywa during the First (10) days of November.
