SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been Isolated in Kachin, Partly Cloudy in Upper Sagaing, Mandalay, and Taninthayi Regions and Shan State and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States. Night temperatures were February average temperatures in the whole Country. The significant night temperatures were (1°C) in Hakha, (6°C) in each Putao and Heho.The noteworthy amounts of rainfall recorded were Myitkyina (0.08)inch and Bhamo (0.04)inch.
BAY INFERENCE: Weather is partly cloudy over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and generally fair elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.
