According to the observations at (13:30)hrs M.S.T today, the Depression over the South China Sea has been crossed to near Hanoi (Vietnam).
Due to the remnant of the Depression, rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread to widespread in Naypyitaw, Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyarwady and Tanintharyi Regions, Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin and Mon States with regionally to isolated heavy falls and strong wind with thundary activities during next (72)hrs commencing evening of (25.9.2017).
Surface wind speed in squalls may reach (30) m.p.h.
Advisory for the people that living near high land areas, small rivers and streams to avoid landslide and suddenly rise the river level and also thunderstroms with strong wind near the coastal areas.
