21-2-2026 According to the observations at 17:30 hrs MST today, the low pressure area over the Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal still persists. It is likely to move West- Northwest and may reach  Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoning Equatorial Indian Ocean during next 24 hours. Weather is a few cloud the South Andaman Sea and North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the North Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

According to the observations at (13:30) hrs MST today, due to the western disturbances rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered to fairly widespread in Upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Chin States and isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway Regions and Shan, Rakhine States from (24.1.2022) to (28.1.2022).
