SUMMARY OF OBSERVATIONS RECORDED AT 09:30 hrs M.S.T: During the past (24) hours, weather has been partly cloudy in Lower Sagaing Region. Rain or thundershowers have been isolated in Mandalay, Magway Regions and Northern Shan State, scattered in Naypyitaw and Upper Sagaing Region, fairly widespread in Eastern Shan State and widespread in the remaining Regions and States with regionally heavyfalls in Taninthayi Region and isolated heavyfalls in Upper Sagaing Region and Rakhine, Mon States. The noteworthy amount of rainfall recorded were (5.47) inches in Hkamti, (5.39) inches in Kyaukpyu, (3.74) inches each in Dawei and Launglon, (3.62) inches in Paung, (2.91) inches inKyeikmayaw, (2.68) inches in Mawlamyine, (2.60) inches each in Kawkareik and Belin, (2.52) inches in Coco-Island, (2.48) inches in Myaungmya, (2.45) inches in Kamamaung(Hpapun), (2.40) inches in Theinzayet, (2.36) inches each in Myitkyina and Myauk U and (2.30) inches in Paing Kyone.
BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is moderate over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal.
