BAY INFERENCE: Monsoon is weak to moderate over the Andaman Sea and South Bay and weak elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL MORNING OF THE 21st September, 2021: Rain or thundershowers will be widespread in Taninthayi Region and Southern Shan, Mon States, fairly widespread in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay Regions and Northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayin States and scattered in the remaining Regions and States with likelihood of isolated heavyfalls in Mandalay, Taninthayi Regions. Degree of certainty is (100%).

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be slight to moderate in Myanmar Waters. Wave height will be about (4– 7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Thundery activities in the Central Myanmar areas.
