BAY INFERENCE: Weather is a few cloud over the Andaman Sea and North Bay and partly cloudy elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal.

FORECAST VALID UNTIL NOON OF THE 28thJanuary, 2022 :Rain or thundershowers will be fairly widespread in Kachin State, scattered in Upper Sagaing Region and isolated in Lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady, Yangon, Taninthayi Regions and Northern Shan, Chin States.Degree of certainty is (80%). Weather will be partly cloudy in Magway Region and (Southern and Eastern) Shan, Rakhine, Mon  States and generally fair in the remaining Regions and States.

STATE OF THE SEA: Sea will be moderate in Myanmar waters. Wave height will be about (5-7) feet off and along Myanmar Coasts.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: Likelihood of slight decrease of night temperature in Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin States.

FORECAST FOR NAYPYITAW AND NEIGHBOURING AREA FOR 28thJanuary, 2022:            Generally fair weather.
